CrowdStrike Known Issues and Outages

There are two major outages currently affecting systems around the world.  The first issue began Thursday, July 18 with a configuration change in the Microsoft Azure infrastructure that resulted in Microsoft 365 services being unavailable to a subset of Microsoft customers.  The status of this issue can be viewed Here.

Additionally, an issue impacting Windows hosts with the Crowdstrike Falcon Sensor may encounter a bug check and get stuck in a restarting state.

If you are not impacted by either of these outages, please keep in mind other businesses and organizations will be and may be delayed in responses.  JSCM Group was unaffected and is ready to provide assistance for clients that need help.  Please contact the Helpdesk should you have any questions.
